The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in GNR 283, published the National Atmospheric Emission Reporting Regulations in terms of section 12(b) and (c) read with section 53(aA), (o) and (p) of the National Environmental Management Air Quality Act 39 of 2004 ("NEM:AQA"). GNR 283 regulates the reporting of data and information, pertaining to different emission sources, to a National Atmospheric Emission Inventory System ("NAEIS") as set out in the Notice.
The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in GNR 284, published the amendments to the Regulations Prescribing the Format of the Atmospheric Impact Report, in terms of section 53(o) read with section 30 of the NEM:AQA, as set out in the Schedule to this Notice.
